Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Germany

  • European Union countries

Shipping to other countries is available upon request.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed transparently at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, the following applies:

  • Germany: Free shipping

  • EU countries: Free shipping

If different shipping costs apply for specific products or destinations, these will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 5–10 business days

  • EU countries: 5–14 business days

The delivery period begins:

  • For advance payment: on the day after the payment order is issued

  • For all other payment methods: on the day after the contract is concluded

If delays occur, we will inform you promptly by email.

4. Partial Deliveries

We reserve the right to make partial deliveries where this is reasonable for the customer.

5. Self-Collection

Self-collection of goods is not available.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import charges apply.

7. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report the issue immediately to the delivery carrier and contact us without delay.
